is a seasoned banker with 19 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from the University of Zambia and is deeply passionate about labour, care, and extending mercy to those in need.
A seasoned financial services professional with over 13 years of experience in the sector and currently serves as Transactional Sales Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking at Absa Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and Statistics, bringing strong analytical and quantitative expertise, and is presently pursuing an MBA in Finance at ZCAS University. Passionate about uplifting others and making a meaningful difference, she has also contributed through community health outreach and patient support initiatives.
A Clinical and Radiation Oncologist at the Cancer Diseases Hospital, where she has practiced since 2018 with a strong commitment to improving cancer treatment outcomes and enhancing patient quality of life. She obtained her medical degree in Russia in 2013 and completed specialized oncology training at the Cancer Diseases Hospital between 2018 and 2021. Her professional interests focus on advancing patient‑centred care, strengthening cancer treatment services, and supporting initiatives that promote early diagnosis, evidence‑based treatment, and improved survivorship outcomes.
Wackson is an Accounting and Finance professional with over three years of experience in external audit from a Big Four firm and currently serves as Senior Accountant at one of Zambia’s leading agricultural input suppliers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the Copperbelt University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in accounting and finance at the same institution.
A Public Administrator, Theologian, and Philosopher with over 20 years of professional experience. He currently serves in the Retail Governance and Control team at Absa Bank, where he is involved in periodic reviews of prominently influential customers and governance processes. Passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, he brings both depth of expertise and a strong ethical perspective to his work.
A bioinformatics graduate from the Copperbelt University, a technology entrepreneur, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magna Technologies Limited. He specializes in software development, digital systems, and business innovation, with a focus on building scalable solutions that address real‑world challenges. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive impact, he is committed to empowering young people with digital skills and contributing to the growth of Zambia’s technology ecosystem.
As a seasoned management assurance and legal professional with over 15 years of experience in banking operations, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and assurance. He has a strong background in legal drafting, internal controls, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder engagement, and has demonstrated leadership as Chairperson of the Bankers Union with expertise in negotiations, dispute resolution, and governance oversight. Quincy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at ZCAS University.
A lawyer by profession currently serving as Legal Aid Counsel with Legal Aid Board in Zambia. She provides legal representation in both civil and criminal matters for individuals with limited financial means, reflecting her commitment to advancing access to justice. Ms. Mwale holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia.
A finance and business development professional currently serving as Assistant Relationship Manager at First Capital Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing (with Distinction) from the Copperbelt University and has experience across branch operations, treasury, and risk management. Passionate about empowering people and supports initiatives that promote financial literacy and business development, with a strong background in marketing and client engagement.
